Natural Male Enhancement

December 2nd, 2009

Many are asking these days, is natural male enhancement possible?  And it’s a valid question.  One must ask, is this actually possible, and is it possible to get results as powerful as the prescription?  Realistically speaking, there are good and bad sides to anything, and with many natural male enhancement products, there is no exception.  Realistically, some of them work.  Realistically, there are proven male enhancement ingredients, some of which you will find in products like Enzyte

There are different natural male enhancement ingredients that will help you to get the results you want both in and out of the bedroom.  Many have found that the right ingredients will give them more energy, more stamina, greater size, and yes, many women would tell you, size does matter.  SO how do you know the difference between the Enzyte ingredients of the world and the ones that don’t work?

Well, there are quite a variety to say the least, and there are many different types to combine.  You do have to have stimulants for that extra energy as well as testosterone builders and various other ingredients.  There are even extremely specific ingredients such as horny goat weed for example.  But the biggest problem you will find with many natural male enhancement products is actually not the ingredients.  The problem is the amounts.  Enzyte and products like it lack the right amounts to actually show the results you are looking for.

So if you are looking for the whole package, a natural male enhancement product that actually works, there is one product to really look into.  It’s called Orexis.  Orexis will help you to effectively get all of the benefits associated with natural male enhancement and without the side effects to say the least.  With Orexis, you will actually be able to help yourself.

Back Acne

September 3rd, 2009

Do you or anyone you know suffer from back acne? If you suffer from mild back acne all you may need to treat it is a over the counte body wash. They say that you should choose a body wash that contains salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide. If you have tried using a body wash and it isn’t making a difference then it may be time to see your doctor. There are topical antibiotics that your doctor may need to subscribe to you.

One thing I do know is that you shouldn’t aggressively scrub acne with harsh brushes, sponges, etc because it can make the acne worse. If you have more severe back acne you might actually need to take an oral antibiotic. Some of the common ones are minocycline, erythromycin, tetracycline, and doxycycline. Another important thing to remember is to not pick the pimples or whiteheads because it will cause further damage.

Can The Sun Fight Acne?

September 2nd, 2009

There are those out there that are adamant that the sun helps clear up acne. There are others who firmly believe that the sun does not have anything to do with an acne free face. I only know that from my own experience, being out in the sun a little here and there has in fact helped get rid of that unwanted acne. I believe that I read somewhere that acne can be genetic, that the foods we eat determine whether or not we will have to fight those zits and pimples.

I like to go out and sit in the sun for about ten minutes a day and let the light do it’s magic. We have all heard that the sun is a great source of vitamin D as well. It’s like killing two birds with one stone! Sit in the sun, get your vitamin D and get rid of that acne. I don’t recommend spending more thatn 10-15 minutes in the sun without applying sunscreen. Obviously, sun damage is just as bad if not worse than acne. Actually I believe it’s much worse, so be careful when it comes to too much sun exposure.

Foods High In Fiber

August 31st, 2009

I don’t think the majority of us eat enough foods that are high in fiber. In order to have more perfect skin, muscles, and overall well-being I think we need to eat better. It seems like we are always in such a rush, running around like chickens with their heads cut off. So, what do we? We drive through the closest fast food restaurant, stop at the local convenient store and grab a bag of potato chips or reach for something frozen and processed from our freezer. This is not healthy people! Although I have been guilty of doing all three of the above, more than once. I’ve decided to buy more “healthy” food when I go to the grocery store. Something that has recently come to my attention is that of the importance of eating foods that are high in fiber. So I’m going to put the following items in my grocery cart the next time I go shopping: apples, apricots, asparagus, avocados, blackberries, blueberries, bananas, broccoli, cabbage, cantalope, some raw almonds and cashews. There are so many wonderful foods out there that are high in fiber, but I’m going to first start out with the fruits and vegetables.

Lemon & Tea Tree Oil

August 31st, 2009

One of the best ways I’ve found to actually control your acne is through two things actually.  The first, you actually have to go out and get and there are a number of different treatments that effectively use the clinically proven concentration of it.  However, the second you can use from the comfort of your own home.  The first is tea tree oil.  It’s a powerful antiseptic and antibacterial that comes from the melaleuca tree, and it has been shown to be just as effective as benzoyl peroxide without causing all the side effects or other problems in general.  If you apply it right, it will clear out blackheads while even shrinking pores in some cases for better effects in general.  The second is lemon.  Lemon is filled with powerful antioxidants, which kill off harmful free radicals, bacterial, etc.  But it also really gets in there and takes care of your pores leaving your skin feeling refreshed and honestly looking better.  Both of these can be found in essential oil form to some degree, and they can give you various other benefits because of it.  But all in all, these two treatments combined will give you one of the best ways to deal with your acne and help to repair your skin instead of breaking it down.
